Tea PartyThe immigration debate has turned attention towards the Fourteenth Amendment lately.  Despite GOP support for a review of this Amendment, this course of action is fraught with traps and pitfalls.  Sure, it would be nice to remove a significant bloc of traditional Democratic voters from the rolls, and possibly roll back some of those pesky civil rights protections, but we need to remember that this is also the same Amendment that gave us the all-important Corporate Personhood argument.
